1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stedii mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the App. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Stedii.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals who are at least nine (9) years of age. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the activities of minors using the App.

3. Services Provided

Stedii provides digital tools to support personal and professional development, including career-oriented guidance, daily missions, goal tracking, and roadmap features. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Stedii does not guarantee any specific outcomes such as employment, career advancement, or mental health improvements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Stedii reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or otherwise violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features of the App requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed exclusively through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system. Prices may vary depending on your region and are subject to change at any time. Payment is processed directly by Apple, and Stedii does not collect or store your payment details. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued by Stedii and are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to logos, content, software, and designs, are the exclusive property of Stedii and its licensors. By using the App, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or otherwise exploit the App or any part of its content without prior written consent from Stedii.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or its networks. Impersonating another person, sharing accounts, or misusing the App in any way is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Stedii makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that it will meet your expectations or achieve specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stedii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. In no event shall Stedii’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid for access to the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to such termination.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

12. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify users by updating the “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice within the App. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
